Future You is partnering with a purpose-driven client to recruit a Marketing & Communications Designer. This hands-on role focuses on creating compelling assets across print, digital, web and social channels, while upholding brand accessibility and consistency.

Qualifications

• A degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Strong capability in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Experience producing content across print, digital, web and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging marketing and communications materials across channels.
• Create digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns.
• Produce multimedia assets including photography, videography and editing.
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring accessibility and brand standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to provide design direction.
• Coordinate external suppliers (designers, printers, developers, creative partners).
• Support organisation-wide communications initiatives with audience-focused design.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to drive engagement and user experience.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
