Job summary

Forwood Safety is seeking a creative Digital & Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms in Australia. You’ll craft visuals that communicate our mission of saving lives, support global marketing initiatives, and ensure consistency across touchpoints.

The ideal candidate excels in brand identity design, web design, and graphic design, with bonus experience in video and motion. You’ll work closely with Demand Generation and Brand Marketing to deliver high-impact assets

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in graphic and digital design.
Strong portfolio across brand identity, web, and digital marketing design.
Proficient with Webflow or Framer, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Excellent typography, layout, hierarchy, and UI/UX sense.
Experience with B2B SaaS or safety/compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement refreshed visual brand identity across formats.
Design and build the new website with page layouts and UX elements.
Create eBooks, whitepapers, and tools as high-value lead magnets.
Produce digital ads, social graphics, field collateral, and event materials.
Translate strategy into high-impact visuals for campaigns and launches.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to apply the visual identity.
Support performance marketing with conversion-optimised landing pages and paid media creatives.
Maintain visual consistency and creative excellence across materials.
Contribute to and maintain the design system and asset library.
Work with speed, precision, and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
