Job summary

01Living on the Gold Coast is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer to join our design-led team. You’ll shape brand identity, visual direction, and ecommerce visuals, working closely with the founder on product launches, packaging, and photography direction.

We welcome recent graduates or early-career designers with a strong eye, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly. Formal design qualification is welcome but not essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• A formal design qualification is welcome, but not essential.
• You may come from graphic design, brand design, digital design, fashion, architecture, interiors, product design, UI/web, photography or another creative discipline — or you may simply be self-taught.
• What matters most is whether you can show us visual judgment, originality and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Brand identity and visual direction.
• Social and digital content creation.
• E-commerce visuals and product launches.
• Photography selection and art direction for campaigns and catalogues.
• Packaging and product presentations.
• Collaborating with external developers, photographers and creative partners.
• Website and Shopify development support.
• Exploring AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency.
