Job summary

Premier Pet is seeking a hands-on Brand & Product Range Manager to grow TRIXIE in Australia. You will lead brand planning, range management and supplier relationships, coordinating marketing and launches across retailers and online channels.

The role focuses on growing existing ranges with potential for product development as the business evolves, with occasional retailer and supplier visits and trade shows. Based in Narangba, full-time and office-based.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product-range management and brand management.
• Strong commercial judgement on pricing, margins and costs.
• Ability to translate opportunities into practical, measurable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand and product-range plans aligned with sales and margin goals.
• Identify market opportunities via competitor research, category trends and sales analysis.
• Structure ranges for Australian retailers and consumers, including core assortments and channel opportunities.
• Review range performance and recommend additions or discontinuations.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure pricing, information and launch readiness.
• Build relationships with international brand partners and suppliers to improve ranges.
• Work with purchasing on terms, costs and supply requirements.
• Prepare retailer range proposals and marketing materials for chains and independents.
• Coordinate marketing support, including promotional plans and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor sales and margins; take action to improve results.
