Job summary

Helia, Australia’s first Lenders Mortgage Insurance provider, is hiring a Communications & Marketing Specialist to join the Strategy & Product team in Sydney. You will drive internal and external comms, marketing campaigns and brand content, while coordinating with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll translate product features into compelling messaging, develop digital content, support launches, and oversee social channels and events.

Qualifications

2–4 years’ experience in marketing and communications, ideally B2B/B2B2C.
Experience delivering marketing campaigns and supporting go-to-market.
Ability to translate product features into clear messaging and collateral.
Strong writing and content development across digital, social and comms.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with digital marketing, websites and social media; Canva and Adobe CS desirable.

Responsibilities

Internal communications: develop leadership updates, intranet content and internal materials.
External communications: support corporate comms, media materials and briefings.
Marketing: coordinate initiatives aligned with plan and launches.
Brand and content: create content across channels and provide brand guidance.
Website and digital: maintain content, support SEO, monitor performance.
Social media: develop, schedule and publish content; manage calendar and approvals.
Events and industry engagement: support events and post-event learnings.
