Job summary

Sportscraft is seeking a senior marketing leader to execute the brand and marketing strategy, driving growth and customer engagement across retail, digital, social, ecommerce and marketplaces.

You will translate priorities into integrated go-to-market plans, manage campaigns, content and creative, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives while partnering with key retailers and influencers.

Qualifications

• Extensive integrated brand marketing experience in fashion/retail or premium consumer brands.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into integrated go-to-market plans.
• Strong commercial acumen with use of customer and performance insights to guide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual and seasonal marketing strategy aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
• Set integrated campaign strategy and planning across all touchpoints including ecommerce, social, and retail.
• Own and execute go-to-market strategy and calendar across ecommerce, EDM, social, paid media, PR, retail and marketplaces.
• Lead retail marketing, including store openings, relocations and key customer communications, and co-operative marketing with key partners.
