Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Merchandiser to support discount department store and pharmacy channels across Sydney. This part-time role requires 21 hours per week (Wed–Fri) with travel to multiple stores including Sydney CBD, Inner West and North Shore.

The candidate will manage merchandising, execute marketing displays, and act as the brand ambassador, ensuring Revlon remains the Eyes and Ears of the business with proactive stock control.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy experience is desirable.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with store managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening with constructive feedback to the business.
• Organized and able to manage planning within deadlines.
• Energetic, hands-on and willing to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store profitability through merchandise handling and stock control.
• Implement marketing strategies for visual display in stores.
• Serve as Revlon brand gate keeper and uphold brand image.
• Be the face of the business and identify fresh opportunities for growth.
