Revlon in Sydney is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team from January 2027. This permanent part-time role works 21 hours per week (Wed–Fri), servicing discount department store and pharmacy channels across Sydney CBD, the Inner West, and North Shore, with travel to about 50 stores including Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, and independents.

The successful candidate will live in or around Sydney areas, have a full driver's license and own vehicle, and enjoy working autonomously in a fast-paced

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for someone to join our team from January 2027.

This is a permanent part time role consisting of 21 hours per week (working Wednesdays – Fridays), requiring a person who can think on their feet and enjoy operating autonomously. Your new role will service discount department store and pharmacy channels across Sydney CBD, the Inner West (including Balmain and Five Dock), and Sydney's North Shore/Northern suburbs through to Chatswood and Hornsby.

where you will be responsible for approximately 50 stores including Priceline, ChemistWarehouse, Independent Pharmacies and Big W.

The successful candidate will live in or around Sydney CBD, Inner West or North Shore/Northern Sydney areas, providing convenient access across the territory. High level of travel is a must and therefore you have your full driver's license and own vehicle.

ABOUT YOU

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to profitability of business through merchandise handling, replenishment and proactive approach to stock inventory control;
• Executing the marketing strategies for visual display;
• Revlon's brand gate keeper. Must project the style and image of Revlon at all times; and
• Be the Eyes and Ears of the business. A Merchandiser is the face of the business and therefore intuitively understands when fresh opportunities arise.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior Pharmacy experience would be desirable
• Able to build mutually benefiting relationships with store managers;
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A good listener can provide constructive feedback to the business;
• An organized individual who is adept at planning and keeps within time constraints and deadlines; and
• Energy and Drive. This hands-on role requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do some manual work.
