Job summary

Ruah is seeking an experienced Brand & Communications Lead to drive strategic communications, strengthen our brand, and amplify our impact across Western Australia. This 12-month maximum-term contract offers a salary from $115,709 plus superannuation, salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave, and the flexibility to work full-time or 0.8 FTE from our Northbridge office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, public relations or brand management.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining and applying brand standards.
• Exceptional written communication, content development and editing skills.
• Experience managing websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and communications campaigns.
• Oversee brand governance and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop engaging content across digital, social and print channels.
• Manage Ruah's website and digital communications.
• Provide communications advice to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and report outcomes.
