El Jannah is seeking a hands-on Brand Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Brand Manager in Sydney. You will drive campaigns, creative production and brand initiatives across social, digital, in-store and packaging while ensuring all assets stay on-brand.

Ideal candidates have QSR/FMCG or retail experience, strong project management skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-growing hospitality brand with national expansion on the horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in brand marketing or marketing coordination.
• QSR, FMCG, food or retail experience preferred.
• Exposure to campaign delivery, creative production or brand management in a commercial environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and asset libraries (monday.com, Asana or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communicator, comfortable with agencies and internal teams.
• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative.
• Passion for brand, creative and culture.

Responsabilités

• Support development and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Manage campaign timelines, asset trackers and project management tools to keep work on schedule.
• Coordinate production of creative assets across social, digital, POS, in-store, packaging and ATL.
• Run the creative review and approval process so every asset is on brand before it goes live.
• Maintain the digital asset library and keep the business working from approved, up-to-date files.
• Support photoshoots and content production days.
• Review materials from franchisees, suppliers and partners for brand compliance.
• Monitor brand sentiment, social listening, cultural trends and competitor activity, and turn it into useful insight.
• Contribute to brand performance reporting across NPS, engagement, awareness and sentiment.
• Act as a day-to-day coordination point between Brand and the Performance, CRM, LAM and Operations teams.
• Supporting agency relationships, including scheduling, trafficking briefs and managing feedback loops.
