Job summary

Ogilvy Sydney is seeking a Freelance Brand Project Coordinator/Account Manager to support our client through the final stages of brand, campaign and operational work. The role is a three-month contract and part-time, with three days per week in Sydney, Australia.

The position suits an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who can start ASAP and commit to the stated schedule through to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.
• Experience coordinating brand and campaign work.
• Ability to coordinate influencer activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer testing for research projects, including materials, timelines and approvals.
• Support new product launches through artwork coordination and administrative tasks.
• Support media and creative implementation, completing the remaining 2026 deliverables and coordinating implementation of the 2027 plans.
• Coordinate influencer activity, with scope to be confirmed.
