Job summary

DSV Perth is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Western Australia freight forwarding operation. You will drive profitable growth, ensure safety, compliance and high service standards, and manage a high-performing team across commercial, operations and customer service.

You will own the branch P&L, optimise costs, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with global offices to deliver seamless end-to-end logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in international freight forwarding or logistics.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Western Australia freight market.
• Commercial and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience with CargoWise One is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own branch customer experience and act as senior escalation point for service issues.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, overseas offices and agent partners.
• Work with Commercial to protect existing revenue, develop new opportunities and exceed growth targets.
• Lead day-to-day branch operations and hold department managers accountable for service, productivity and results.
• Ensure import, export, customs, transport and warehouse activities are timely, compliant and cost-effective.
• Own the branch profit and loss and control costs; translate financial results into action.
