Job summary

DSV is seeking a senior airfreight operations leader in Western Australia to drive performance, coach staff, and deliver KPI targets across airfreight activities. You will oversee relationships with customers and suppliers, manage invoicing and quoting data, and ensure door-to-door trade efficiency.

Bring 5–7 years of senior airfreight experience, strong SRM and an ability to work with large, complex organizations using EDI software.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a senior airfreight operations role or similar.
• Experience with EDI software solutions.
• Strong SRM and understanding of customer/market dynamics.
• Ability to meet competing timelines.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct, guide and support staff to achieve optimum performance.
• Establish and maintain airfreight and customer relationships.
• Oversee invoicing and quoting data base management.
• Lead overall airfreight operations performance and KPIs.
• Develop action plans and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Mentor, coach and evaluate team members.
