R & J Batteries Hindmarsh is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. You will oversee branch operations, manage inventory, and build lasting customer relationships, ensuring profitability and service quality.

We seek hands-on leaders with strong people management, safety focus, and the ability to develop staff while delivering on targets. The role runs Monday–Friday with Saturday mornings paid as rostered. A company car and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and operational management experience.
• Strong sales and business development capability.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• A hands-on, proactive and results-driven approach.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Physically fitness and ability to perform some repetitive heavy lifting.
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations, sales performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Driving sales growth and market expansion.
• Manage inventory, stock control, reporting and branch performance.
• Foster a safe, positive and customer focused culture aligned with our Values.
• Work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm (45-hour week) with rostered Saturday mornings paid at penalty rates.
