Job summary

Grace Group in Canberra is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the sales, customer service and operations teams within removals and relocation. You will drive budgeted revenue, ensure service quality and oversee the business operation end-to-end.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will set direction, implement the strategic plan and motivate staff. Experience at branch management, strong financial acumen and outstanding communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage sales, administration and operations efforts.
• Broad commercial skills and financial management capability.
• Ability to set direction and implement the organisation’s strategic plan.
• Sales experience preferably in a premium product/service environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and manage people.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and development of the business operation.
