Job summary

Vendito is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Brisbane electrical wholesale branch in the Northern suburbs. You’ll drive growth, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service to contractors by leveraging local market knowledge and strong supplier relationships.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, stock, budgets, and branch presentation while upholding safety, compliance, and a positive workplace culture that supports career development and branch success.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or trade supply is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, inventory and branch operations.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problems.
• Confident when dealing with contractors, suppliers and key accounts.
• Ability to lead an established branch with a strong customer base.
