Job summary

BOQ Mandurah is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering outstanding customer experiences, while overseeing lending activities and maintaining operational excellence across the branch.

You will coach and mentor staff, ensure compliance, champion digital banking adoption, and build strong relationships with local businesses to grow BOQ's presence in the community.
