Westpac Group is seeking a Branch Lending Manager in Australia to help customers realise home ownership dreams. You will be the welcoming face in-branch, guiding clients from initial consults to loan commitments while delivering exceptional service.

With strong lending knowledge and a passion for relationship building, you’ll develop new business and nurture existing customer connections. The role emphasises local market engagement and customer-centric banking.

What's the role?

As a Branch Lending Manager, you will assist Westpac customers with their dream of owning their own home. You'll be one of the friendly faces of our branch for both new and existing customers to meet when it's time to apply for a home loan (or even before then!).

Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you'll build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature to you, as you meet with customers to find out what their financial needs are today – and what goals they have for tomorrow. And then match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.

What do I need?
