Job summary

Royans Transport Accident Repairs in Perth is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager/Estimator to lead the Kewdale branch, oversee daily operations, and nurture insurer and customer relationships.

You will combine leadership duties with hands-on estimating, driving branch performance, service quality and team development across Australia’s largest transport accident repair network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-trade qualification with heavy vehicle experience.
• 5+ years in insurance claims management or loss assessing (heavy vehicle preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with electronic body shop management systems and/or insurance software tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare quotes for private and insurance-related vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication.
• Track job progress in iBodyshop and inform stakeholders throughout repair.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• P&L management to capture, monitor, analyse and minimise branch costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, HR policies and delegations.
• Participate in leadership meetings and drive continuous improvement.
