Job summary

Tradelink in Wagga Wagga, NSW is seeking a Branch Assistant Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be the face of Tradelink in the community, delivering products and providing excellent service with a positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires a current MR licence with a clean driving record, a forklift licence, and the ability to load and unload goods safely. You will support stock management, maintain records and help keep vehicles in top condition.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Assistant Driver to join our Wagga Wagga NSW team on a full-time basis. This is a dynamic role that combines customer service excellence with delivery responsibilities. You will be the face of Tradelink in our community, supporting our branch operations and ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently and professionally. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Delivering building and plumbing products to customers across the local area, ensuring timely and professional service
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering product enquiries and offering advice where appropriate
• Supporting branch staff with stock management, including receiving, checking and organising inventory
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and customer information
• Ensuring all vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained and roadworthy
• Following all health and safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Assisting with general branch duties as required to support team operations

What we're looking for

• A current, valid driver's MR licence with a clean driving record and forklift licence
• Experience in a customer-facing retail or delivery role is advantageous
