Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a versatile Branch All-Rounder for Singleton, NSW. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support warehouse tasks, and help keep daily operations running smoothly in a hands-on, team-focused role.

Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable and able to handle physical tasks, with strong communication and organisational skills. On-site role with regular hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry.
• High attention to detail and solid organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift heavy bulky items.
• Productive and willing team player.
• Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing, Hydraulics or similar background (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.
• Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries; follow up with quotes and product enquiries.
• Assist day-to-day workshop duties and support workshop operations.
• Enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips accurately.
• Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale.
• Assist with periodic stock checks and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Pick and pack orders and manage courier/transport documentation.
• Check picked orders and invoicing.
