Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Branch All-Rounder for our Singleton location. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while providing hands-on warehouse support in a busy branch environment.

You will assist trade counter and phone sales, process orders and credits, manage stock levels, and pick/pack items. A proactive, reliable team player with good computer skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
• 6–12 months experience in warehouse or customer service.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; lift heavy items.
• Good computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent high-quality service to customers.
• Assist trade counter and phone sales, with quotes and pricing.
• Support day-to-day workshop duties and team operations.
• Enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders and transfers accurately.
• Arrange credits for pricing issues and rectify problems to prevent future credits.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and advise on stock requirements.
• Pick and pack orders and manage courier/transport documentation.
• Check picked orders and complete invoicing.
