Responsibilities

  • Provide professional responsive support to internal and external customers, handling enquiries, calls, and shared inbox requests with clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Coordinate the movement, preparation, and documentation of trucks and equipment, supporting stocktake, relocations, workshop jobs and unit updates
  • Accurately manage service and operational data, including job cards, quotations, costing, purchase orders, invoices, and customer information across CRM systems
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement by collaborating with the team and supporting ongoing enhancements to systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinator inventory management and assist with stocktake
  • Support the departments with the preparation of quotes and invoices for customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks to assist the Sales, Rentals and Service Teams at the branch

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Branch Administrator to join our team at Crown Equipment. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, supporting various departments including service, sales, and rentals.

This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to manage daily office tasks, process documentation, and assist with customer inquiries, contributing to overall branch success.
