Job summary

The Dunn Group in New South Wales is recruiting for casual customer service roles at BP Wentworth Falls and BP Blackheath. You will greet customers, handle sales, maintain site standards, and support merchandising across stores.

Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and overnight 10pm-6am; reliable transport is important. This role offers the chance to pick up extra shifts, a people-first culture with supportive colleagues, and potential progression to part-time roles.

The Dunn Group is an Australian family-owned business, operating in NSW for over 30 years, with 10 busy convenience petroleum retail sites across Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wagga Wagga. "Balmain Coffee Company" is an extension of our business along with our "Supply - Your Local Food Store" offer which is an amazing range of made in store products.

About the role

We are looking for people to join our teams who have a positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the willingness to learn. You'll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service! Your day will include customer service, completing sale transactions, maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays as well as maintaining safety and operational procedures. We are offering a minimum of 16 hours for this role, working up to 5 days a week including weekend shifts.

Exact days and number of shifts per week will be discussed during interview

Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

- BP Wentworth Falls is currently getting a facelift and we need a new new faces to help us reopen. Shift times will range from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and overnight 10pm-6am, please be mindful of your availability for these shift times when applying.

- BP Blackheath are on the hunt for a few new team members, particularly in the cafe, applicants with a hospitality background will shine here. Shift times will range from 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm.
