Job summary

Boxes To Go is a Melbourne packaging business seeking a reliable warehouse operator in Derrimut to turn cardboard into finished boxes and prepare them for shipping.

You will work in a full-time day shift, loading/unloading stock, operating box-making machinery, and ensuring quality control. A forklift license (LF) and White Card are preferred, with opportunities to advance into senior roles as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Operate box-making machinery such as digital printing, cutting, creasing, folding and glueing equipment.
• Assemble, fold, glue and tape boxes by hand where needed.
• Check boxes for quality, size and finish.
• Stack, bundle and palletise finished products.
• Load and unload stock and move pallets (forklift use if licensed).
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow safe work procedures and help meet daily production targets.

Job description

You'll be hands-on in the production area, helping turn cardboard into finished boxes that are ready to ship.

Key responsibilities

Operate box-making machinery such as digital printing, cutting, creasing, folding and glueing equipment

Assemble, fold, glue and tape boxes by hand where needed

Check boxes for quality, size and finish

Stack, bundle and palletise finished products

Load and unload stock and move pallets (forklift use if licensed)

Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe

Follow safe work procedures and help meet daily production targets

About you
