Job summary

Boxfactory is seeking casual pick packers in Brisbane, offering immediate starts with guaranteed weekly hours. No prior experience required as full training is provided, and you will join a team handling cardboard boxes and related packaging products.

duties include lifting and stacking items, producing and gluing packaging boxes. A pathway from casual to full-time exists, with overtime optional but not required.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a consistency to work five days a week.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands‑on packing role.
• Team member with ability to follow training and instructions.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage but not required; forklift licence is a bonus.

Job description

Are you looking for steady reliable work with set hours.

You'll be part of our packaging team, working with cardboard packing boxes and associated packaging products.

It's a straightforward, hands-on job, with no heavy lifting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lift and stack boxes and packaging items
• Produce, strap and glue packaging boxes

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:06pm

Extra overtime hours available if you want them (never required)

Occasional Saturday work available, 6:00am - 12:00 noon

What we are looking for:

• That you can commit to at least 5 days of work, every week, consistently
• Punctual
• Willingness to learn
• Be part of a team
• Basic computer skills are an advantage but not necessary
• Forklift licence is also an advantage, but not necessary
