Job summary

CAMILLA is seeking passionate Boutique Stylists for our new Rosebery store at Engine Yards. You’ll help launch a flagship venue, delivering exceptional customer service while driving store sales and embodying CAMILLA’s creative culture.

Ideal candidates have KPI-driven experience, excellent communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude, with flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in KPI-driven environment.

• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets using key selling skills.
• Be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA to provide an unforgettable customer experience.
• Build relationships with new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members.
• Support store operations: stock management, operate POS, returns and exchanges.
• Adhere to store policies to keep the team and customers safe.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
• Confidently be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
• Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members
• Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the pos system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Support the Boutique Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience within a KPI driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced atmosphere
• A positive, “can-do” attitude, who enjoys working as one part of a successful team
• Flexible ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays is a must
