Job summary

Nespresso is seeking a Senior Coffee Specialist in Perth, WA for a full-time role on a Tuesday–Saturday rotating roster, with opening and closing shifts. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, share your coffee knowledge, and support store leadership in daily operations.

You’ll drive sales through product expertise and digital tools, engage customers with tastings and memberships, and contribute to a team that values growth, inclusion, and sustainability within a global B Corp

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to present coffee and products professionally.
• Comfortable working across opening and closing shifts.
