Job description

Born in Australia. Belonging everywhere.

We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our NOOSA boutique - building and developing a team, driving results, and making sure every customer who walks through the door leaves feeling genuinely looked after.

ABOUT US

KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots, founded in Sydney in 2014. Every piece is designed by our team in Australia and crafted with sustainability in mind. With signature design handwriting, quality craft and considered details, we inspire women to feel confident and authentically themselves. Community comes first, quality always - and our boutiques are where that comes to life, where our customers meet us properly for the first time.

ABOUT YOU

You take real pride in your boutique and your team. You know how to set a standard and hold it without standing over people, you’re warm with customers and steady when the floor is busy, and you can read a set of numbers and turn them into a plan for the week.

You’ve built and developed a team before, and you get genuine satisfaction from watching people get better at what they do.

Stock - deliveries, transfers, replenishment, stocktakes and shrinkage.

Visual merchandising - bring each drop and campaign to life in-store in line with brand direction.

Clienteling and community - build genuine repeat relationships and grow the local community around the boutique.

Brand representation - represent KIVARI to the highest standard, in the boutique and at local events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real growth - as KIVARI expands, we’re committed to helping you develop your skills and your career, with genuine pathways across our boutique network.
  • Real support - a leadership team that backs you, and 24/7 confidential support through our EAP plus a paid day off for your birthday.
  • Purpose - we design with intention, make with sustainability in mind, and stay close to the community and the coastline that shaped us.
