KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots. This Burns ide boutique role leads the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer care, while developing staff, managing stock and operations, and representing the brand in the local community.

You will recruit, coach and roster the boutique team, handle daily operations, stock control, and visual merchandising to reflect brand direction. Based at our Burns ide boutique.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a boutique/store, ideally fashion or premium retail.
• Track record of delivering sales and KPI results.
• Experience leading, coaching and rostering a team.
• Confident with POS, stock and rostering systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, building relationships.
• Availability across full trading week, including weekends and peak periods.

We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our BURNSIDE boutique - building and developing a team, driving results, and making sure every customer who walks through the door leaves feeling genuinely looked after.

ABOUT YOU

You take real pride in your boutique and your team. You know how to set a high standard and inspire your team to meet it. You bring warmth to every customer interaction and stay calm and composed on your busiest days. You can also read a set of numbers and turn them into a plan for the week.

You’ve built and developed a team before, and nothing makes you happier than watching people get better at what they do.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Sales and KPI performance - drive the boutique’s sales targets and KPIs, and use the numbers to shape what the team does each day.
• Your team - recruit, roster, train, coach and develop the boutique team.
• Customer experience - set the standard for how every customer is looked after, from the first hello through to fittings, styling and follow-up.
• Boutique operations - the day-to-day running of the boutique, including rostering, wage cost and reporting.
• Stock - deliveries, transfers, replenishment, stocktakes and shrinkage.
• Visual merchandising - bring each drop and campaign to life in-store in line with brand direction.
• Clienteling and community - build genuine repeat relationships and grow the local community around the boutique.
• Brand representation - represent KIVARI to the highest standard, in the boutique and at local events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience managing a boutique or store, ideally in fashion or premium retail.
• A track record of delivering sales and KPI results.
• Experience leading, coaching and rostering a team.
• Confident with POS, stock and rostering systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team alike.
• Availability across the full trading week, including weekends and peak trading periods.
