KIVARI is seeking a Boutique Manager for our Burnside location to lead the team, drive results and ensure every customer leaves feeling genuinely looked after.
You’ll recruit, train and coach the boutique team, manage rostering and wage cost, and own stock, VM and clienteling to build a strong local community around the brand.
Born in Australia. Belonging everywhere.
We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our Burnside boutique - building and developing a team, driving results, and making sure every customer who walks through the door leaves feeling genuinely looked after.
KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots, founded in Sydney in 2014. Every piece is designed by our team in Australia and crafted with sustainability in mind. With signature design handwriting, quality craft and considered details, we inspire women to feel confident and authentically themselves. Community comes first, quality always - and our boutiques are where that comes to life, where our customers meet us properly for the first time.
You take real pride in your boutique and your team. You know how to set a standard and hold it, leading from the front. You bring warmth to every customer interaction and stay calm and composed on your busiest days. You can also read a set of numbers and turn them into a plan for the week.
You’ve built and developed a team before, and this inspires and motivates you everyday.
Previous experience managing a boutique or store, ideally in fashion or premium retail.
A track record of delivering sales and KPI results.
Experience leading, coaching and rostering a team.
Confident with POS, stock and rostering systems.
Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team alike.
Availability across the full trading week, including weekends and peak trading periods.
A brand you’ll be proud to represent - a close team, a beautiful space, and customers who genuinely love what we make.
Real growth - as KIVARI expands, we’re committed to helping you develop your skills and your career, with genuine pathways across our boutique network.
Real support - a leadership team that backs you, and 24/7 confidential support through our EAP plus a paid day off for your birthday.
Purpose - we design with intention, make with sustainability in mind, and stay close to the community and the coastline that shaped us.
Competitive package - salary plus a generous team member discount, a quarterly uniform allowance, and boutique incentives when your team hits its targets.
Community First Quality Always Believe in What’s Possible Always Evolving
This role is based in our Burnside boutique.
