• Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately.
• Responsible for the operational management of the boutique – health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations.
• Increase VIP customer base and nurture relationships with VIP customers, keeping them informed of new products and events.
• Communicate effectively with management, providing updates and feedback.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, banking and expense monitoring.
• Administer daily reports, stock control and administrative tasks.
