Job summary

Lancemore Milawa Hotel is seeking a passionate Guest Services Agent (casual/part time) to join our Front Office team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, during the stay and departures, and help personalise every guest journey.

As an ambassador for our boutique brand, you’ll know the Northeast Victoria region, respond to feedback, and handle enquiries with warmth. You’ll work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays with energy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every stage: reservations, arrivals, during stay and departures.
• Be an ambassador for the boutique Lancemore brand over phone, email and in person.
• Know the Northeast Victoria region and personalise guest experiences.
• Respond to guest feedback and handle concerns professionally.
