Job summary

Team Up Now Pty Ltd is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping across three entities (two in Australia and one in the USA). You will handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS, payroll, and month-end close, working directly with the founder to ensure accurate, timely records.

You will maintain SOPs and documentation, manage inter-company transactions, and ensure consistency across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Monthly reconciliations across Xero and bank accounts.
• Knowledge of BAS and payroll processes.
• Ability to document processes and maintain SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier bills and payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations across Xero, banks, Airwallex, and Stripe for all entities.
• Handle BAS, inter-company loans, and payroll as part of month-end close.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and SOPs across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp.

Job description

The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping across three entities—two in Australia and one in the USA with a primary focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, inter-company transactions, BAS, payroll, and monthly close. Working directly with the founder, the role requires strong attention to detail, independence, and clear documentation to ensure the accounts remain accurate, timely, and well maintained.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable including supplier bills, payments, and non-Stripe transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations across Xero, bank accounts, Airwallex, and Stripe for all three entities.
• Manage financial compliance and month-end close including BAS, inter-company loans, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and processes including SOPs and records across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp.
