ARC Group is offering a full-time paid Certificate III in Business Traineeship. You will receive hands-on experience with mentoring from experienced bookkeeping professionals and build practical skills for a career in accounting and finance.

No bookkeeping experience is required—if you are motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy numbers, we will teach you everything you need to know. This entry-level role is designed to grow with you.

What You Will Learn:

You will receive structured on the job training while studying towards your qualification. As your confidence grows, you will learn how to:

• Process invoices and accounts payable
• Enter financial data accurately using Xero and MYOB
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll, Superannuation and BAS preparation
• Support month-end bookkeeping activities
• Work with a variety of small and medium-sized businesses
• Build strong organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
