Key Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations and daily cash management
• Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
• Payroll processing and related administration
• Assisting with month-end reporting activities
• Preparing and processing journals
• Managing supplier queries and account reconciliations
• Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required

About You

• Previous experience in a Bookkeeping, Accountant, or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficient with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
