APG Workforce is recruiting Process Workers for a leading meat processor in Cranbourne. Roles include deboning chicken carcasses, inspecting materials, and maintaining a safe, cold working environment. Qualifications

• Proven boning experience in any meat industry- Chicken/Beef/Pork
• Strong knife skills
• Understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Work well within a team environment
• Communicate well both written and verbally
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday and work on-going
• Full work rights to work in Australia without any restrictions

Responsibilities

• Deboning chicken carcasses accurately and efficiently
• Inspecting raw materials against quality specifications
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe workspace
• Working with raw meat products in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Completing repetitive tasks and manual handling of up to 15kg
• Following all food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements
• Communicate effectively and maintain consistent standards throughout shift
