Job summary

Truck N Earth Pty Ltd in Rutherford, NSW, is seeking experienced boilermakers to join our workshop team. This role features a 4-day work week with overtime available when required.

You will fabricate and repair heavy earthmoving equipment, perform crack repairs and component rebuilds, and work alongside mechanics and other trades to complete jobs safely. 3–5 years post-trade experience and Caterpillar equipment experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Boilermaker trade qualification and 3–5 years post-trade experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment repairs and fabrication.
• Experience with Caterpillar equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Crack repairs, wear plate replacement and component rebuilds.
• General fabrication and structural repairs.
• Working alongside mechanics and other trades to complete jobs safely.
