Job summary

RCR Mining Technologies, part of the NRW Holdings Group, is seeking skilled Boilermakers and Welders for Welshpool. Roles are permanent or casual full-time, with day and afternoon shifts in a Perth metro site.

You’ll work on fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment and piping packages, plus repairs and maintenance on heavy mining equipment. Local candidates with trade qualification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Live local to the Perth metro area and eligible to work in Australia.
• Trade qualified Boilermaker or experienced Welder with strong Flux Core welding.
• Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test (preferred).
• Good reading of drawings and precise welding with strict tolerances.
• High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping.
• Repairs and maintenance on heavy mining equipment.

Work Type: Permanent - Full Time, Casual
Location: Perth Metropolitan

RCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool on a Permanent or Casual Full-time basis.

You’ll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment.

We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Permanent positions on offer with full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Live local to the Perth metro area

• Trade qualified Boilermaker (or experienced Welder)

• Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test (preferred in case of need)

• Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skills

• Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes

• High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (preferred but not essential)

• Good understanding of weld preps and procedures

• Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances

• Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player

• Physically fit and able to do hands‑on work
