Qualifications

• Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker in a similar industry.
• Experience in technical service delivery, planning and customer relations.
• Lean manufacturing experience is beneficial, especially problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience using Pronto as a CMMS system is advantageous.
• First Aid Certificate or ability to acquire.

Responsibilities

• Support Preventative Maintenance and Safety Strategy to ensure safe, reliable operations of assets.
• Prevent asset failures and address corrective repairs when needed.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective tasks per weekly or outage schedules.
• Maintain mechanical safety, asset reliability, and availability of materials and spare parts.
• Foster a service‑oriented attitude to support quality relationships and deliverables.

Your Next Role
The Boilermaker will play a key role in supporting Hyne’s Preventative Maintenance and Safety Strategy by ensuring safe, reliable operations of assets. Responsibilities include preventing asset failures and efficiently addressing corrective repairs when needed.

• All our people go home in the same condition they came to work, safety before production.
• A 'be of service' attitude and operating manner is shown in everything that you are involved in to support quality working relationships and deliverables. Preventative and corrective scheduled work is executed as per the weekly or outage schedule; we are here to serve our customers.
• Maintenance and production teams are supported to identify and plan preventative and corrective tasks that improve the safety, reliability, and functionality of the plant.
• Quality maintenance and inspection work to ensure mechanical safety, asset reliability, materials and spare parts availability, condition, and operating capacity.
• Proactive maintenance approach, where the efficient elimination of future failures is the goal.

About you

• Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker within a similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience in technical service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in lean manufacturing is beneficial, particularly problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience using Pronto as a CMMS system advantageous.
• First Aid Certificate or ability to acquire
