Job summary

Hyne Timber in Tumbarumba is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to guide a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation.

You will lead maintenance planning, drive reliability improvements, manage contractors and champion safety and continuous improvement, with 7-on-7-off day shifts and a clear path for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering background is required.
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and team development.
• Industrial maintenance experience is essential.
• Experience leading reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the maintenance team.
• Lead maintenance planning and execution to ensure plant reliability.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives and contractor management.
• Champion safety and compliance across the site.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead a dedicated maintenance team at our Tumbarumba Mill.
