BJL Welding & Fabrication Pty Ltd in Beresfield, near Newcastle, is seeking an experienced Workshop Boilermaker / Sheetmetal worker. You will handle general fabrication, welding, and reading engineering drawings, with work across carbon steel, stainless, and aluminium.

Join a small, hands-on team with a 9-day fortnight, regular overtime and development opportunities while delivering quality metalwork across commercial and domestic projects in the Hunter Valley.

Qualifications

• Proven fabrication and welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret workshop/site drawings.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• General metal fabrication and welding tasks across ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
• Fabrication and welding of pressure piping and structural components.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to project specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
