Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role wouldsupport the execution of modifications on the V/Line Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technicaldrawings and work instructions.
• Perform vehiclemodifications, repairs and fabrication work.
• Complete welding, fittingand structural repairs to quality standards.
• Identify and resolvetechnical issues using strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with engineeringand support teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance withsafety, quality and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively withteam members and stakeholders.

Your Profile

To beeligible for the role, you should possess the following qualifications andattributes:

• Possess 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideallywithin a manufacturing environment
• Certification III in Metal Fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings(essential)
• Experience in welding procedures
• Ability to pass a Weld Test (essential)
