Mader Group in Brisbane seeks an experienced Boilermaker / Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team. This hands-on leadership role suits a high-energy individual who can guide a crew while keeping work moving on site.

You will be trade-qualified, hold a valid white card, and have a current driver’s license. The role offers casual ongoing work with rostered maintenance and you’re home every night.

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker (Cert III or equivalent).
• Strong leadership management skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• WAH, Confined Spaces & Gas Testing.

We’re looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team! This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping busy, and loves being hands-on while leading a team.

The Role:

• Up to $85/hr + Super paid on all hours worked
• Ongoing casual work
• Rostered Maintenance
