Job summary

Maxwell Recruitment is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a major food-manufacturing facility in Botany. This is an site-based maintenance role, working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime and shutdown work available when required.

You will perform TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel and mild steel, fabricate and install chutes, hoppers, guarding, brackets, frames, platforms and handrails, and repair conveyor components and piping.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent
• Minimum two years post-trade experience
• Maintenance experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or similar FMCG manufacturing
• Ability to read drawings and fabricate from measurements or sketches
• Overtime, weekend and shutdown opportunities
• Work within a leading food-manufacturing facility
• Variety of fabrication, maintenance and breakdown work

Responsibilities

About you
