Brosco Enterprises, a fabricator with decades of experience across Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Transport and Agriculture, is seeking a stainless-welding skilled professional. Join a team delivering high-end fabrication projects and leverage your ability to read drawings and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role offers a stable, long-term position with a competitive starting rate, a 9-day fortnight with a rostered day off, onsite parking, and meals on the last Friday of each month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience welding stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Australian Standard Welding Codes.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Brosco Enterprises is a fabricator with decades of experience across Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas, Transport, and Agriculture, specialising in high-end steel fabrication builds.

Started as a small business 26 years ago, we have developed into a highly successful fabrication business known for its superior quality and service, in particular our ability in building challenging projects. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on a range of unique and creative fabrication projects.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning, enjoy technical challenges and are excited about the opportunity to be directly involved in projects they can take pride in.

What we're looking for:

• Solid fabrication experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience welding stainless steel
• Strong welding skills with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of Australian Standard Welding Codes
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for project work if required
• Experience with pipe welding highly regarded though not required
