Job summary

MineSet Recruitment is seeking experienced Underground Development Bogger Operators for a small crew site in Far North Queensland. You will operate Sandvik and CAT loaders with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity, and contribute as an All Rounder where required.

Role offers even time 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rosters, long-term contract potential, and bonus payments if KPIs are met. Applicants must have an Australian permanent resident status, a current police clearance, a valid Australian

We are seeking applications from experiencedUnderground Development Bogger Operators with a strong focus on safe and productive bogger operationsfor a small crews site Far North QLD.

The successful candidates will be required to have the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years proven experience in an Underground Development Bogger Operator role achieving productivity goals in a safe & efficient manner;
• Be competent operating both Sandvik and CAT loaders;
• Ability to jump in as an All Rounder where needed.
• Work well without supervision and demonstrate initiative;
• A strong focus on and commitment to safety standards;
• Ability to work well within a small team environment;
