Job summary

Redpath Mining invites applications for a Bogger Operator at the Renison Project in Tasmania. The role encompasses safe operation of underground loader equipment within a high-performing team, contributing to production targets and upholding Redpath's safety culture.

You will work a 7/7 roster with DIDO arrangements, holding a Loader Ticket and relevant certifications, plus a manual driver's licence, First Aid/CPR and Working at Heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.
• Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded.
• Valid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR, and Working at Heights certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and Redpath's "Safety - First, Last and Always" philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans.
• Apply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maintain work areas to a high standard, including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup.
• Comply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site-specific procedures at all times.

The Opportunity

Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Bogger Operator to join our team at the Renison Project in Tasmania.

Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground Loader equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.
