Job summary

St Scholastica’s College Glebe is seeking a compassionate Boarding House Supervisor to join our residential team. You will work with staff to provide a safe, homely environment and support student wellbeing in a Catholic college setting.

The role includes accommodation and meals during term time and requires flexibility for late nights, evenings and weekends. A WWCC and child safety training are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents in a residential, boarding or youth setting.
• Current First Aid certificate is required.
• Willingness to undertake the ABSA Duty of Care Course.
• Previous boarding experience will be highly regarded.
• A medium-rigid bus licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Boarding House staff to ensure students have a safe, supportive environment.
• Be flexible to work late nights, evenings and weekends as required.
• Demonstrate care, confidentiality and a duty of care in daily supervision and discipline per College policies.
