Job summary

Mount St Bernard College, Herberton, is seeking a Boarding Supervisor (Male & Female) to create a safe and supportive boarding environment. The role requires First Aid/CPR, a Working with Children Blue Card, and a current drivers license.

It is a term-time, fixed-term position with hours up to 32 per week. The supervisor will contribute to student wellbeing, supervise evenings and weekends, and work within the college residential team to support a positive boarding experience.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR and a valid Working with Children Blue Card are essential.
• Current drivers licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, caring and supportive boarding environment for students.
• Supervise and support boarding students to promote wellbeing and development.
• Work with families and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day boarding operations.
• Be available for flexible shifts including weekends, overnights and Friday evenings.
